About Jack Jones

Jack Jones serves as Director of Operations for Managed Medical Transport, where he plays a central role in the day-to-day coordination and execution of the company’s long-distance medical transportation services throughout the continental United States and Canada.

Jack began his career in emergency medical services in 1989 as an EMT and became a paramedic in 1995. He later worked in a hospital-based 911 EMS system, gaining extensive experience in emergency response, direct patient care and medical transportation.

Jack joined Managed Medical Transport in 1998, just one year after the company was founded. He began as an important member of MMT’s field and dispatch teams, developing firsthand knowledge of both patient care and the operational coordination required for long-distance medical transport.

Over the years, he assumed increasing levels of responsibility and advanced into his current role as Director of Operations.

Today, Jack helps oversee the many operational elements involved in MMT’s state-to-state, cross-country and U.S.-Canada transports, including trip coordination, crews, vehicles, communication and logistics.

His nearly three decades with MMT provide him with deep institutional knowledge of the company’s operating procedures, field operations and specialized long-distance transportation model.

Jack holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia, graduating cum laude.

His background combines frontline EMS experience, dispatch and field operations, business education and decades of hands-on experience with Managed Medical Transport.

Together with founder and CEO Lori Brooks, Jack helps lead the day-to-day operations of a company built specifically around the complexities of long-distance medical transportation.
